Resistance Bands are an extremely versatile accessory. You can either add resistance or assistance. In this video, Thania is demonstrating how easy it is to place a band on a dips mount.
Tip: Practice with the same band for at least 5 sessions and then use a smaller band the next time. By slowly decreasing the resistance level and increasing strength, reaching the ultimate goal of dips without a band will most probably be achieved. Keep in mind that slow motion is better than no motion!
