How many days do I have to return? 
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date of delivery.

How do I return my order? 
Contact us and we will provide a pre-paid Canada Post return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest Canada Post location.

How quickly will my return be processed?
We aim to process your return within 2 business days from the time the order is returned to us. The refund is issued when your return is processed, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days from the time the order is returned to us. It may take an additional 3-5 business days or up to a full billing cycle for the funds to appear on your original form of payment, depending on bank processing times.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
No, we do not refund the shipping fee from your original order.

Damaged Products


If you receive a product that has been damaged, save the original box and all of its contents, and contact us immediately with your order number. We will remedy the situation as soon as possible.

We offer a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. The warranty takes effect on the day the product was confirmed delivered.

Please note that the warranty does not cover misuse, negligence and/or abuse.
